“I wanted people to buy it for what it was not the celebrity of it.
But then the people there (at TSC) said you should keep your name on it.” Who knows maybe she could become another TSC heavyweight like comedian Joan Rivers.
“I don’t wake up looking glamorous that’s for sure.
So I showed up with no makeup then put it on live on the show.
I am sure I scared half the viewers.” When she returns in mid-June for her next on-air appearance Zilba says her product will likely have undergone some branding changes.
“I learned that I think I need to tweak my branding a little more,” said Zilba adding that that will likely include adding her name to the product making it Buff Beauty by Mary Zilba.
“I was talking to Robin (Reichmann) and if she doesn’t hear anything soon she is probably going to plan her summer.” But while the show has finished for the season Twitter talk is still rampant and one topic in particular gets Zilba’s attention.
“I know Jody and Ronnie are still on their rampage on Twitter saying it is all scripted,” said Zilba about cast mates Ronnie Negus and Jody Claman.
“So I’ve made sure in every interview to say that it’s not.” She also said she is so fed up with Negus and Claman’s Twitter tirades against her that she has officially gone to the VPD.
Just make sure people know I’m still single,” laughed Mary Zilba when pressed about her relationship status. I’ve gone to Calgary and done a few things with him. Zilba, building on her RHOV cachet, has launched her own beauty line Buff Beauty on the Home Shopping Channel (TSC).

That is something I am not short in, the talking department. Well, as of yesterday Zilba didn’t have the exact numbers yet but said that all of the single units (except for the eye pencil) sold out online and she heard that well over half of the stock was already moved. You just get up there and wing it and go for it…You really have to know your product.” For her four TSC appearances Zilba bravely went where most TV personalities don’t go, make-up free.
